Mandee Migliaccio 
Mandee is the daughter of Donna M Carlin, who founded Stepping Out Travel Services LLC in 2005. She began working in the travel business during her high school and college summers. When she graduated from NJCU, she dabbled in travel while working at Girl Scouts of America. After the birth of Stepping Out Travel, Mandee joined the SOTS team. With over 10 years in the travel industry, Mandee has planned just about any trip which a traveler could dream.
Mandee holds specialist certifications with Sandals, AMResorts,Club Med, RCCL, Princess cruise, NCL cruise,
St Lucia, Jamaica, Hawaii,Grand Cayman, as well as numerous other destinations. Although, Mandee sells all types of travel, she is SOTS Family Travel Specialist.
She became to CEO of Stepping Out Travel Services in 2009 when she moved her office from NJ to Texas. She has changed the face of being an outside agent!
Mandee is definitely a “Specialist in the Art of Travel.”
