Our first experience with using a travel agent, and Mandee was spectacular. We took a tour of Italy and absolutely had a blast. Tuscany and Rome were beautiful and everything went according to plan, and there were no slip ups, no problems… And when my passport was stolen, Mandee and her mom were both so helpful in getting us booked in to an hotel to stay an extra four days until I got my emergency passport to get home. We will definitely use her again and again. Highly recommend Stepping Out Travel's and Mandee!

Wow! A trip of a lifetime!! In the past, we've always booked our trips, same old, same old. I've followed Mandee for a long time now and decided to make a great trip for my husband and I. My mom as well, for part of the trip.

At first, I went to Mandee not knowing what a budget was or what to expect. So we started with a blank canvas of what we wanted. She pieced it together and we made revisions. We made a few revisions.

Each time she made adjustments, the peanut gallery (mom and husband) would chirp in. We finalized the details, and it was within our budget. YAY!!

Our drivers: The agency she worked with in getting us the drivers was PERFECTION!!!! A little hiccup at Madrid--have your phone numbers handy - Mandee made SURE I had the contact info!!! Our plane arrived at one terminal and then moved! Anyways it was all good! Each and every driver we had was impeccable. The car service - we felt like movie starts!!!

The hotels: We LOVED the hotel selections we had in Madrid, Granada, Palermo and especially Lisbon!! All the hotels were thought out with us being to walk to restaurants and other places easily!! ALL WERE CLEAN AND QUIET!!! Great locations!!

The Tours!!! OMG - Madrid with Yolanda as our tour guide--special props to her!! She made our trip just wonderful. So well versed and I learned SO much! We had such a great time!! We missed our cooking with Vincenzo because our flight was cancelled.

INSURANCE!!! GET IT!! I cannot stress enough, especially if you are older. ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!! And when you pay $$$ for a trip, you want to make sure you are covered for the unforeseen things!! We know in this day and age it's not like it was 30, 40 year ago. It is worth the peace of mind.

Anyways - in summary - Mandee took her time to put together and work diligently in my revisions to make this the trip we wanted!!! Thank you for listening, Mandee. You are a magician when it comes to personal service and listening and making our vision a reality!!

We were planning our trip for our 50th anniversary and found the perfect cruise. We reached out to Donna and she promptly took off setting everything in place for us. Our cabin was in the perfect location on the ship, and Donna made sure that we had the wi-fi and beverage packages that worked best for us. We had one little question the day we boarded the ship so I contacted Donna and she immediately took care of it. She was on top of anything we might need and had a list of questions for us to be sure that we had everything we needed before we left. We had the best bucket list trip we could ever imagine thanks to Donna!
