We booked a cruise with Donna Carlin last year for May 2020. Her assistance, professional and expertise was greatly exhibited throughout the booking and tiered payment process. With the cornavirus crisis upon us, we decided it would be best to cancel but were panicked not knowing the implications of doing that. All it took was one reach out to Donna Carlin and she had us canceled with a full refund. This is why you use a travel professional and not try to book yourself. Thanks Donna, we will be back

We have used Donna on several occasions for cruise bookings. She is always available and always responds promptly to any requests. I always know exactly what I want before I call her to book but she has been able to secure discounts and upgrades that I may not have been able to get myself. She is a wealth of knowledge and I trust that she will always be there if anything goes wrong while I'm gone and will take care of us. In fact, she stepped in and contacted the cruise line for me while I was in China and had an issue. She always goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her for any travel needs.
