The one time I did have an issue with a resort issue(leak in private plunge pool) Donna ensured that it was handled while we continued to sit at the pool bar enjoying our honeymoon. Just came back from a really wonderful cruise to Greece and Turkey. Every step Donna put into place was wonderful. It was a great start at the beautiful Royal Olympic hotel in Greece. What a nice way to start a vacation. The cruise and package Donna put together was the best. Everything was taken care of. Well Done!!!
