AGENCY POLICIES

Stepping Out Travel Services LLC, is acting as an independent contractor in accepting reservations or bookings for services, which are not directly supplied by Stepping Out Travel Services LLC (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.).

Stepping Out Travel Services LLC, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions, or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your traveling companion(s) or group members.  Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers, rates, bookings or reservations.

Stepping Out Travel Services LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, acts of God, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the control of Stepping Out Travel Services LLC.

By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assume all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected.  Traveler(s) is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.  The traveler(s) acknowledges that Stepping Out Travel Services LLC has made known to him/her the availability of such insurance, and that the traveler is solely responsible for the decision to purchase such insurance.  Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members and that the above Terms and Conditions will apply equally to them. For cruise passengers, cruise lines cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise or cruise tour. A physician’s “Fit to Travel” note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

  If you are not the natural parent of a minor, you are aware you must provide a notarized letter from the natural parent(s) allowing you to take the minor out of the United States.  The traveler(s) hereby agrees to hold Stepping Out Travel Services LLC harmless, and to indemnify it for any claims, which may be brought against it by travel companion(s) or group members, including attorney fees and costs.  Traveler(s) are aware a valid US Passport expiring 6 months after your scheduled return date will be required to re-enter the United States.  I have read this disclosure and understand its provisions, and any questions I may have had have been answered to my full satisfaction.
